Elegant and full-bodied, Rossopuglia I.G.P. is a pure Cabernet Franc that captures the essence of Valle d’Itria.
Aged 12 months in barrique, it offers intense aromas of wild berries, spices, and cocoa. On the palate, it is dry, rich, and smoothly tannic — perfect with red meats and hearty dishes.

Vinification:After a soft maceration and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel for about 28 days, the wine undergoes a long maturation in French oak barriques for 12 months. The process is completed with a 6-month bottle aging
