Production area: Itria Valley.
Soil: Calcareous mixed with red clay.
Altitude: 450mt above the sea level.
GRAPE VARIETY: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 10% Petit Verdot.

Vinification:After a soft maceration and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel for about 30 days, the wine undergoes a long maturation in French oak barriques for 12
months. The process is completed with a 6-month bottle aging

Aroma: Fruity, with notes of wild berries and subtle, refined herbal nuances. Elegant hints of vanilla and cocoa follow, leading to a spicy finish.
Taste:Dry, full-bodied, persistent.
Food pairings: Perfect with grilled or braised red meats, hearty roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with flavorful first courses, such as meat ragù pasta or porcini mushroom risotto. Best served at: 18-20° C.
