Telamone, a wine with an intense ruby red color with light purple hues, is produced in the Alta Murgia wine region.
The flavor of the Nero di Troia wine is the result of aging in oak barriques, which is more incisive than traditional barrels thanks also to the toasting technique.
This process affects the aroma of Telamon, characterized by a vanilla flavor and resinous notes.
Nero di Troia IGT is ideal for important platters of cured meats and mature cheeses, typical of Puglia.
