Gioia Rosa, an IGT wine with a fruity, fresh aroma and floral notes of strawberry and cherry, is made from Murgia vineyards using a blend of Primitivo and Aleatico grape varieties.
The IGT rosé has a perfectly balanced savory and acidic flavor, making it ideal for fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
To fully enjoy its taste, it is best served at a temperature between 8° and 10°C.
