Passaturi is a white wine from the Itria Valley, made from Minutolo grapes.
This IGT wine has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections, an aromatic flavor, and an intense, fruity aroma.
Passaturi is ideal for accompanying aperitifs, fish dishes, shellfish, and soft cheeses.
It is recommended to serve this IGT white wine chilled, between 6°C and 8°C.
